The best way to think of this 4th incarnation of Optiflux would be to consider it a document of things we find interesting and wish to chronicle, wrapped in designs intended to showcase the abilities we can bring to bear for your business... come one come all, big or small.

The Reservoir Dogz are a 16” softball team playing their games as part of the Chicago Design League every Summer in Chicago’s Grant Park. Debuting for the 2009 Season is Version 2 of DogzSoftball.com which features a design that was a ground-up overhaul of the original site while retaining the color palette, sections and spirit of the original (online since April of 2000). After 9 trusty years of service, Version 1 of the site was escorted to the dog pound by way of a ceremonious motorcade where all appropriate accolades were rendered upon her... that ‘ol dog will be missed...
For centuries, indigenous cultures of South America have revered the sacred powers of the Dragon’s Blood Tree. This amazing tree is named for the blood red sap circulating under its bark — a deep, spicy resin with extraordinary properties rivaling legends of mythical dragons. Dragon Tree Labs, a pair of practicing dentists, had an idea for a line of dental care products based on the Blood of the Dragon and tapped optiflux for the packaging design. As the result of a recent majority vote of the Optiflux Board of Directors... we are now badge carrying member of the Bring Down IE6 Coalition... in fact, this site is probably looking broken to you if you're still using Internet Explorer 6... it's not that we're bad coders... it's that we no longer support the evil hacks required to make a site display properly in that particular browser. It tediously wastes much of our precious time and jams up our graphic trickery. Sorry 'bout that... but we wouldn't leave you hangin'... check out Safari, Chrome or Firefox instead. They're free, they're standards compliant and the web will look and feel much nicer to you once you switch. Trust us, you'll never look back.
